How do you break (task) paralysis?

This isn't a crisis, exactly, but I've been struggling with this for a few weeks now. I was in a pretty good routine with work, parenting a toddler, keeping up with basic householding/adulting. Then, in the last week of June, I injured my back and was out sick from work for almost 6 weeks. When those were over, I was on a pre-planned 2-week-break from work (I'm in Germany and daycares often take summer breaks here). I'm pain free and off painkillers now, but I usually only take 2-week-breaks, because anything longer will result in me completely losing my routine. I completely lost my routine. I get up in the morning, drop my kid off at daycare and then go home to work from home. Except I just don't start. I make coffee, I do laundry, I rest, because I feel exhausted, all the while building up anxiety, because my to-do-list gets longer and longer. I've talked to my boss, he knows I'm not putting in the hours, which took off some pressure, but it's not helping in getting back into my normal mode. Also, it's obviously not great financiall. I've slightly upped my meds (Vyvanse and SSRIs), but it didn't help much. I might benefit from having to go into the office - once I'm there. The thought of having to go there in the morning, with the added stress of transportation and preparing lunch beforehand gives me so. much. anxiety, it's completely ridiculous... Has anyone found a good way to get back into routines after a break like this?
