Maybe I'm overthinking it, but is this a major downside to medication?

A thing my wife said recently that was said as a positive thing with zero intended malice is really getting to me. I started on medication a while back. I don't think I have found the right one or the right dose yet, but it helps a little. Overcoming task paralysis is less of a mountain to climb and more of a steep hill now, but it still isn't easy. I've been getting things done though that have needed to be done for a long time. Major cleaning and organizing of spaces that have been a mess for years.... My wife saw how good it looked and said "wow that medication is doing a good job" It almost kinda made me think... Does she think the pills just possessed me and chose to do all that themselves without my input? Obviously not. But it made me think maybe my hard work has less value now that I have a "cheat" to make it easier. And it is easier, in that its actually possible at all. Kinda overthinking it and not really seeing much value in my own work either knowing I wouldn't have got it all done without medication. Anyone else feel like that?
