I'm on a Dumb.co flip (companion mode, still keeping my iPhone boxed as training wheels) and a couple things I wish I prepped for more: Driving nav was basically unusable: ended up buying a dedicated Garmin Restaurant menus that are QR-code-only now, no physical copy in sight Movie tickets Parking: meters and garages that are ParkMobile/SpotHero/app-only now, no coin slot Ticketmaster's rotating SafeTix barcode won't scan from a screenshot the way a normal QR ticket does, needed a totally different fix Timed-entry museum/attraction tickets: often app-only, similar to concert tickets Keyless Airbnb/hotel entry: door code or unlock often lives inside an app, not a text Package lockers (Amazon Hub, etc.): barcode/code generated in-app Office/building badge access: some workplaces moved to phone-based credentials instead of a physical badge ID.me / government ID verification: IRS, unemployment, some DMVs now require a smartphone selfie/liveness check to verify identity Wearable companion apps (Oura, Garmin, Whoop, etc.): the ring/watch still tracks, but you lose the app that actually shows you anything Work MFA locked to Duo/Okta push notifications, no SMS fallback: this one's an IT-admin setting, so worth checking with your employer before you switch, not something you can DIY around Lmk if I missed anything?
