I came across this while searching for something related, thought I'd share it for anyone wanting to take the BJT! With the new visa changes going in effect, aside from the JLPT, the BJT is another test you can take to meet the requirements. Application period ends September 5th for the Business Japanese Special Topics course (free, 14 lectures in total) and September 11 for the Business Japanese Advanced course (1650 yen per lecture, 6 in total, 9900 yen for all), or until all seats are filled (up to 1,000 participants per course). It's a la carte style so you can pick and choose which ones you want to participate in. If you can't participate during the lecture times, course materials will be available for later viewing.
