It can be hard to appreciate French comedies as an English speaker, but the acting of the 3 leads really sold this one for me, especially Jean Reno with his tough-guy vulnerability and Valerie Lemercier with her bourgouis charm. Loved the visual style, and the pacing really lets us spend time with these characters, which I really appreciated. 4 stars!
